Shipping is available both within Turkey and internationally.

Domestic Shipments (Turkey)

International Shipments

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and distance.

  • Delays may occur due to customs procedures.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and additional charges for international shipments are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Returns & Cancellations

Orders within Turkey

  • The Buyer may return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

International Orders

  • The Buyer may return the product within 21 days from the date of delivery.

  • Return timelines may vary depending on country and customs procedures.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be undamaged

  • The product must be in its original packaging

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

  • For defective or faulty products, return shipping costs are covered by the Seller.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Products manufactured according to the Buyer’s specific request

  • Used products

  • Products not suitable for resale
