2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This Distance Sales Contract (“Contract”) regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer through www.maiaporselen.com, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. PRODUCTS / SERVICES
The products offered for sale include :

Decorative tiles
The essential characteristics of the products, total price (including taxes where applicable), payment method, and delivery details are presented to the Buyer during checkout and are deemed accepted upon order confirmation.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Product prices are the prices shown on the website at the time of purchase.

Payment may be made by credit/debit card and/or other payment methods made available on the website.

The order will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.
5. DELIVERY

Delivery is performed as soon as reasonably possible after the order is confirmed.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Orders shipped within Turkey:
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date the product is delivered.
International orders:
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 21 days from the date the product is delivered.
Return timelines and processing may vary depending on distance and customs procedures.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer (except in cases of defective/damaged products attributable to the Seller).
7. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal may not apply in the following cases (where legally applicable):

Products that have been used or are not suitable for resale

Products that are not eligible for return due to hygiene/health reasons (if applicable)
8. INSPECTION AND LIABILITY

The Seller is responsible for the product until delivery to the Buyer.

The Buyer must inspect the package upon delivery. If the package/product is damaged, the Buyer should request a report/record from the carrier and contact the Seller immediately.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
In events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, fire, pandemics, and customs delays), delivery may be delayed. The Seller will inform the Buyer as soon as possible.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION
In case of disputes arising from this Contract, Kütahya Courts and Enforcement Offices (Turkey) shall have jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. EFFECTIVE DATE AND ACCEPTANCE
By placing an order on www.maiaporselen.com, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Contract.
12. Privacy & Security
The Seller undertakes to protect the confidentiality and security of the Buyer’s personal data. The Buyer’s personal information shall not be shared with third parties, except in cases required by law or necessary for the fulfillment of the order (such as shipping companies and payment service providers).
The Buyer’s personal data shall be used solely for the purposes of processing orders, establishing communication, and performing the services offered through the website.
Payment transactions are carried out through secure and authorized payment systems. The Seller does not store the Buyer’s credit card or payment information in its systems in any manner.
The Seller takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to protect the website and personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, or unlawful processing.

The terms and conditions related to wholesale sales shall be determined in writing between the parties. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the provisions regarding returns, cancellations, and the right of withdrawal applicable to individual (retail) sales shall not apply to wholesale transactions.
14. PAYMENT METHODS
The prices of the products and services offered through the website may be paid using the payment methods specified below:
