THE PROCESS
From Raw Material to Art
Our porcelain production process begins with the careful selection of the highest quality natural raw materials. Essential components such as kaolin, quartz, and feldspar are mixed in precise proportions to achieve the perfect balance of durability and aesthetics. This stage is crucial for the strength and pure white appearance of our products. The prepared mixture is then shaped using advanced technology machines and made ready for production.

Shaping and Firing
The shaped porcelain products are carefully inspected by skilled craftsmen and then taken to the drying stage. Afterwards, the first firing at high temperatures (bisque firing) gives the products their basic durability. After this stage, glaze is applied and the products are fired for the second time. This process, carried out at high heat, gives the porcelain both shine and resistance to water and impacts.
Quality Control and Final Touch
Each porcelain product that comes out of the firing process goes through a detailed quality control stage. Surface smoothness, color harmony, and durability are carefully inspected. Products approved as flawless are packaged and prepared for shipment. Our goal in this process is to offer every customer aesthetic, durable, and long-lasting porcelain products.
